Take retail operations out of guesswork.

A sales report tells you what happened, not why. We measure in-store movement so you can answer the “why”.

A retail sales drop usually has one of three causes: fewer people walking past, fewer of them entering, or fewer of those who enter buying. Each needs a different action. Loyaltfy measures all three stages separately so you know whether to change the window, add staff, or fix the layout.

Problems we hear most often in this industry

Önünüzden geçen kaç kişinin içeri girdiğini bilmiyorsunuz.

Reyon performansını yalnızca satış rakamıyla ölçüyorsunuz; ilgi görüp de satılmayan ürünü göremiyorsunuz.

Kasa kuyruğu yüzünden ürünü bırakıp çıkan müşteri hiçbir rapora yansımıyor.

Kampanyanın mağazaya kaç kişi getirdiği tahmine dayanıyor.

How we solve them

Frontage performance

Count passers-by and entries separately; see the effect of a window change within the same week.

Aisle interest

See which aisles stop people and which are skipped; put interest next to sales.

Checkout density

Get alerts when wait time crosses your threshold; count customers who abandon goods.

Real customer profile

Check anonymously whether your target audience matches who walks through the door.

Use cases
Change a window layout and measure entrance-rate lift
Find products that attract interest but do not sell, then reposition them
Staff checkouts from hourly queue data
Compare a campaign week with a normal week for real impact
Compare frontage potential across chain locations
Measure pedestrian potential of a site before signing a lease

What matters is covered floor area, not camera count: every aisle, inside one camera’s floor view can be a separate zone. In a mid-size store, a large share of existing cameras already work. In the pre-assessment we show on the plan which aisles are measurable and which sit in blind spots.

Yes — measurement runs in three stages: people walking past, people entering, and people buying. If passers-by hold and entries fall, the issue is frontage; if entries hold and conversion falls, the issue is in-store. That split alone is the most practical guide to where budget should go.

Setup is per branch, but management is central: zone definitions, thresholds, and reports are templated and applied to other sites. Usually a pilot branch comes first; once the design settles, rollout is much faster. All branches are compared from one panel.
