Tickets and memberships sold — how was the venue used?

Hourly occupancy, zone density, and wait time translate directly into revenue here. We measure all three with your existing cameras.

In sports and entertainment, revenue is built on repeat behaviour: members who stop coming do not renew, guests stuck in a lobby skip the concession, exhibitors who cannot prove booth interest do not return. The common cause is not knowing which zones fill at which hours. Loyaltfy measures hourly occupancy, zone density, and wait times so class schedules, staffing, and space investment rest on data — with existing cameras, no facial recognition, anonymous outputs.

Problems we hear most often in this industry

How we solve them

Hourly occupancy curve

See how full the venue is by hour; set classes, showtimes, and shifts to that curve.

Zone density

Weights, cardio, lobby, or hall — measure which zones jam and which stay empty.

Waiting and flow

Measure wait at ticket desks, turnstiles, and concessions; alert owners when thresholds are crossed.

Measurable reporting

Turn visitor counts, distribution, and density into period reports for investment and pricing.

Use cases
Rebuild class schedules and trainer counts from peak occupancy
Place new equipment investment in the zones that prove demand
Pull concession opening and staffing earlier from pre-show lobby density
Open extra ticket desks from live queue duration
Price booths from hall-level visitor distribution
Give exhibitors booth passer-by and dwell counts after the event

FAQ for Sports & Entertainment

If your answer is not here, ask us — we reply the same day.

Send your question

We do not do person-level attendance tracking; that needs your turnstile and membership data. What we measure is total occupancy and zone density by hour and day. Read with membership data and you clearly see which hours hit capacity and which class slots go empty.

Lobby and concession fronts are measured as separate zones; you see when build-up starts relative to showtimes and how long the concession queue grows. Place that next to concession sales by minute and the relationship becomes visible. Most operators’ first action is moving concession staff earlier before the show.

Yes. Passers-by, dwellers, and average dwell at booth zones are measured and reported with hall and corridor breakdowns. That is a concrete performance pack for exhibitors and also lets you price booths from hall traffic next time. Measurement is anonymous; visitor identity is not recorded.
