See mall traffic by floor, corridor, and tenant.

From entrance to floor transitions, from common areas to tenant frontage — we measure the full flow.

Visitor traffic data is a mall’s most valuable asset — from leasing talks to event planning. Most malls only know entrance totals, not how traffic spreads across floors and corridors. Floor, corridor, and tenant-frontage measurement closes that gap.

Problems we hear most often in this industry

Toplam ziyaretçi biliniyor ama katlar arası dağılım bilinmiyor.

Kiralama görüşmelerinde trafik verisi somut belge olarak sunulamıyor.

Etkinliklerin ziyaretçi sayısına gerçek etkisi ölçülemiyor.

Ortak alan ve yeme-içme katı kapasitesi hissiyatla yönetiliyor.

How we solve them

Floor-level flow

Measure which floors visitors reach after entering and where they concentrate.

Tenant traffic

Report passers-by and entries separately for every storefront.

Event impact

Compare event days with normal days and measure real contribution.

Common areas

Monitor seating, parking approaches, and food-court occupancy live.

Use cases
Bring storefront traffic into leasing meetings as evidence
Test changes that lift upper-floor conversion
Measure visitor lift from events and concerts
Manage food-court occupancy at lunch
Link parking entry with store traffic
Choose the best location for a new tenant with data

FAQ for Malls & Large Stores

If your answer is not here, ask us — we reply the same day.

Send your question

No. Passer-by and entry counts at tenant frontage can use the mall’s corridor cameras; access to the store’s internal system is not required. That lets you produce leasing traffic data without depending on the tenant. If a tenant also wants in-store analytics, that is a separate setup.

People are not identified. Measurement uses directional counts at escalators, lifts, and floor transitions. The output is not “this visitor went there” but “at this hour, this many transitions occurred from the entry floor upward”. Floor mix and flow patterns come from those directional totals.

Yes. The event day is compared with reference days under similar calendar conditions; door-level entry lift and floor-mix change are reported. That shows not only whether the event created a crowd, but which floors it moved — a concrete basis for tenant communication.
